We were engaged to undertake essential rectification works addressing building defects and compliance issues. Scope of works included concrete spalling repairs to balconies, flashing repairs, sliding door replacement and full balcony waterproofing systems and new balustrades.
These works were carried out to restore structural integrity, prevent water ingress, and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant Australian Standards and building codes.
We were appointed to take over a failed project from another contractor to resolve serious water ingress caused by leaking planter boxes above a car park.
Our remedial works included demolition of defective planter box systems, correction of drainage and substrate falls, installation of compliant waterproofing membranes and protective barrier systems, ensuring long-term performance and prevention of future water penetration into the basement car park.
